We have come together to create a multidisciplinary practice with two locations in CBD Sydney and Fairfield. Here you can find specialised healthcare services in a convenient and safe environment. We also offer Telehealth appointments which are perfect for interstate patients.

Rebates & Referral Information

Understanding fees & costs

Medicare rebates are facilitated by Omega Healthcare. Please ensure that your (and your child’s) personal and bank account details (for rebates) are registered with Medicare. Clients 14 years of age and above require their own account registered with Medicare.

 

What you need to check:

To claim Medicare rebates for psychology, a valid GP or specialist referral is required in accordance with the number of sessions provided, as set out under the MHCP.

Please note that further referrals will be required to access additional sessions under Medicare, but your clinician will advise you.

 

Cosmetic services and plant-based consultations do not attract Medicare rebates.

All fees for consultations are paid on the day of your appointment. Payments can be made via credit card (VISA, Mastercard), debit card or cash. Please bring your full card details to the initial appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you might need or want to cancel an appointment.

Please notify us, via email or phone, at least 2 business days prior to your appointment to avoid being charged the full fee for the missed appointment.

Please note, if your appointment is covered by NDIS or insurance and you do not attend or cancel your appointment within 48hours, you will be charged the full fee privately.

Common questions

As a way to ensure health care is affordable to everyone, we bulk bill consultations with GPs for all patients with a valid Medicare card.

Chronic Disease Management Plan Referrals (previously known as EPCs) are also bulk billed by our allied health team.

Please check with your private health care insurance provider for specific rebates associated with other health services such as dental, physiotherapy, chiropractic and more.

It is hard to predict when a visit to the Doctor is required, hence at Neeta City Medical Dental and Specialist Centre, we do accept walk ins. However, we strongly suggest that you book a consultation when possible to reduce waiting times and be able to select your preferable health professional.

By consulting with one of our GPs, you will be able to get a medical certificate and referral if needed.

We are located on Level 2 within Neeta City Shopping Centre in Fairfield. Use the parking entrance on Smart Street for the closest access to our medical centre. We are also only a 5 minute walk from Fairfield train station.
